• It was long discussion around, and we definitely decided in a
  reason to do not default value and a range.

  1. A restart Query Monitor under heavy workload may cause
  threads to be missing from Current Activity due to exhaustion
  of memory for THREAD space.
  2. Incorrect logic searching for OBIDs for the
  DSNDB01 database.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Logic was changed to correctly clear memory under heavy
  workloads.
  2. Correct processing for the DSNDB01 database.
