  condition code 990 and the following messages:

  Under certain conditions, Database recovery job causes system
  abend 001 (ABENDS001) and job step ends with condition code 990
  and the following messages. DR preparation job also causes this
  problem.
   IEC020I 001-4,jjjjjjjj,BSY@BULD,ISPCTL1,xxxx,vvvvvv,
   IEC020I SYSnnnn.Txxx.RA000.jjjjjj.TEMP2.H01
  This problem is caused by wrong DSORG attribute of ISPCTL1 DD
  and ISPCTL2 DD.
  

Problem conclusion

• ISPCTL1 DD and ISPCTL2 DD statements in skeletal JCLs have been
  fixed.
