  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1.In case of SQLPA start error not      *
  *                      enough info is displayed about reason   *
  *                      2.During Process of SQL from program    *
  *                      source the message is not enough for    *
  *                      understanding the process;              *
  *                      3.Wrong queryno with dynamic explain    *
  *                      when queryno exists in SQL;             *
  *                      4.The COMPARE/TEST functions uses much  *
  *                      CPU time for work.                      *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTFs                               *
