APAR status

Error description

  • During processing of STAP modify command, "/F
<stpstc>,STAP,ALL", (where <stpstc> is the STAP started task),
during generation of the output for the command, it is possible
that an 0C4 will occur resulting in an #BCMD abend and with
with DUMP TITLE=DB2 AUDIT SQL COLLECTOR #BCMD SUBTASK ABEND.

Local fix

  • The workaround is to avoid executing the "/F <stpstc>,STAP,ALL"
command.

  • Implemented code fix will prevent the 0C4 resulting from issuing
the STAP modify command, "/F <stpstc>,STAP,ALL",
(where <stpstc> is the STAP started task),
