Error description

• Step to reproduce :
  1. Create a resource template.
  2. Create two environment type Prod and UAT.
  3. Create one application template.
  4. Create an environment template under the application template
  with type Prod.
  5. Create some application using an application template.
  6. Delete environment type prod.
  7. Now if you try to access the application template, you can
  not access it. it will throw 500 which is caused by
  NullPointerException in logs.
