Error description

  • If an extremely large number is input for LTPA timeout, it may
exceed the maximum long value. The LTPA token will be created,
but its expiration time will always be in a time prior to the
current time resulting in an expired token. This renders the
    WebSphere Application Server as unusable.

If the LTPA timeout value is set to MAX_LONG, or even a value
    very
close to it, the LTPA token will be created but will show as
    being
expired. This renders the application server unusable.
