Error description

• The error code of x'0204' indicates DSTCB_INVALID_ABTERM which
  says the task is not in a valid state.
  
  DFHDS0002 SEVERE ERROR CODE 0204 OCCURRED IN DFHDSTCB for CJSL
  task.  TASKS STUCK IN RESUMED EARLY STATUS.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DFHDS0002 with code x'0204' can occur   *
  *                      for a CJSL task.                        *
  ****************************************************************
  Changes introduced by new diagnostics gathering capabilities
  for the JVMSERVER resource mean that the CJSL task will run on
  an L8 TCB with ABTERM allowed.
  If the task needs to suspend for an internal CICS lock, this
  will be failed with DFHDS0002 with code x'0204' since ABTERM
  allowed is on.

Problem conclusion

• DFHSJDM and DFHSJL have been updated to ensure that:
  
  The CJSL transaction will run on the QR TCB and then switch to
  the TP TCB for the JVMSERVER.
  
  The CJSS transaction will run on the QR TCB and then switch to
  an L8 for the USS script processing used to gather diagnostics.
