Error description

• When registering a change in Change Management, lower casing is
  generally preserved from the input. However, when choosing to
  register a change while immediately executing a statement in
  lower case (for example, via option 1 from panel ADB22, 'Execute
  SQL Statements'), the statement is registered with all capital
  letters.
