PH34970: DB2 ADMIN: DURING A COMPARE, EXPLICITLY DROPPING OBJECTS IN THE SRC DDL RESULTS IN ERRORS IN THE CHG FILE AND WSL

Error description

• Object Compare: Explicitly dropping objects in the src ddl while
  setting Mask Ignored Fields to YES results in a chg file and
  wsl that has create statements missing the stogroup attribute.
  
  For example, a CREATE TABLESPACE will have DDL generated with no
  STOGROUP clause

  The work statement list (WSL) created by Compare might be
  missing USING STOGROUP, PRIQTY, SECQTY and ERASE from the CREATE
  TABLESPACE and CREATE INDEX statements when both masks and
  ignores are in use and the compare parameters include MASKIGN=Y.
  This error occurs when a table space is dropped and created as
  part of Object Compare processing.
