PH34852: UNDUE INZI347E IF VUM032/ACTLGUSR DOES NOT HAVE THE READ ACCESS AUTHORITY TO THE DB2 HPU SYSIN

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Any unload stops with a completion code of 8 after having issued
  the following messages:
  INZI347E fopen FAILURE ON //DD:SYSIN (EDC5092I An I/O abend was
  trapped.
  INZU001E SYSIN CANNOT BE OPENED.
  
  A message such as the following one
  ICH408I USER(userid ) GROUP(groupid ) NAME(name
  dataset CL(DATASET ) VOL(BAT359)
  INSUFFICIENT ACCESS AUTHORITY
  FROM N540..* (G)
  ACCESS INTENT(READ ) ACCESS ALLOWED(NONE )
  reports an unauthorized access to the dataset allocated as the
  Db2 HPU SYSIN.
  
  This occurs when VUM032/ACTLGUSR is set to a value different
  from CURRENT_USER and the SYSIN is not an instream dataset.
  

Local fix

• Give the read access authority to the Db2 HPU SYSIN dataset
  authority to the userid specified by VUM032/ACTLGUSR.G
