  Enhance DSN1COMP to support input data file that contains
  compressed data.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1.The functionality of DSN1COMP utility is enhanced to
    support input file which contains compressed data.
    The process reads dictionary from input file and
    decompress record to generate uncompressed data.
    These generated uncompressed data then is used to
    build a new dictionary with Huffman and/or
    Fixed-length compression algorithm base on the
    specified input parameter. DSN1COMP would produce
    the space saving estimation report with different
    Db2 compression algorithms and provide disk saving
    information using input dictionary.
  2.DSN1COMP is enhanced to remove message DSN19431 when the
    input data is compressed. In addition, DSN1944I message
    format has been enhanced to describe input data compression
    status, such as:
    - Input data set contains compressed data or non-compressed
      data
    - What compression algorithm was used in the input data file
      if data is compressed
    - How compression dictionary was generated in the input file
    The DSN1COMP output is also enhanced to provide disk saving
    information using input dictionary.
