Error description

• Db2 Admin Tool:  An alter that results in a DROP/CREATE of a
  table, and also a DROP COLUMN results in merge errors
  
  For example.
  
  If a table column is altered from a decimal type to a
  timestamp with the NOT NULL parameter, and also a column is
  dropped, the change is generated with a drop/create table
  followed by the two alter statements.  The drop column fails as
  the column was already removed during the DROP/CREATE and no
  longer exists.

  Utilizing Change Management and ALT to change
  a column's null or default value and drop a column, the
  resulting change might drop and create the table before
  dropping the column.
  
  When analyzing this change the following error may occur:
  
  ADB8028E An attempt was made to drop a column, but that
  column does not exist in the table.
  
  For example.
  
  If a table column is altered from a decimal type to a
  timestamp with the NOT NULL parameter, and also a column is
  dropped, the change is generated with a drop/create table
  followed by the two alter statements. The drop column fails as
