Error description

• After applying APAR PH22529, ABENDU4013 occurs if database data
  set is not defined in JCL even though it is not accessed by the
  user application program.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  After applying APAR PH22529, FABH0605E & ABENDU4013 occurs under
  the following conditions.
  - DL/I region
  - Multiple HSSR PCBs are defined in PSB
  - Application program does not refer to some PCBs (some DBs do
    not access them)
  - Do not define DBDS in JCL that application program does not
    access
  - The DBD of the undefined DBDS is OSAM
  FABH0606E & ABENDU4013 occurs when DD DUMMY is specified for
  DBDS that the application program does not access.
  FABH0068E & ABENDU4013 occurs if there is no DBDS that the
  application program does not access when a library containing
  DFSMDA members is specified for DBDS dynamic allocation.
  This is because the RDJFCB macro and the OBTAIN macro are issued
  without confirming that the DBDS is allocated.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Unload modifies the unallocated DBDS to avoid issuing RDJFCB
  and OBTAIN macros.
