  The generated job had two reorgs and a rebuild of index

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Changing the buffer pool and compress   *
  *                      attributes of an index results in an    *
  *                      excessive number of REORG utility       *
  *                      operations.                             *

  A change to the buffer pool of an index or its compress
  attribute puts the index in a REORG-pending state. Currently,
  the tool adds a REORG operation after each of those changes.
  However, only one REORG is necessary to materialize the changes.
