Error description

• Running the addnode command shows these errors in the DMGR
  systemout.log
  SSLConfigMana I CWPKI0054I: The SSL configuration
  changed and the com.ibm.ws.orbimpl.transport.WSTransport
  listener is notified. The SSL configuration alias is
  
  CellDefaultSSLSettings.
  SOAPServer A ADMC0055I: The JMX SOAP
  connector has been disabled.
  SOAPServer A ADMC0013I: The SOAP
  connector is available at port 30111
  
  This may cause the
  addnode command to fail

Problem conclusion

• The code was reviewed and modified and changes were made to
  improve it's performance.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
