PH34491: A TRANSACTION IN CICS TS VER.5.6 IS EXECUTED IN A ROUTING REGIONWITH DYNAMIC=YES FAILS WITH AN ABEND ACRF IN MODULE EYU9XLOP

Error description

• Customer is suffering a problem after migrate his CPSM from
  Ver.5.4 to Ver.5.6. The MAS regions are still at Ver.5.4 and,
  when a transaction is executed in a routing region with
  DYNAMIC=YES, an ABEND ACRF in module EYU9XLOP is issued.
  
  It seems the problem begins with an ABEND 0CF in CJH9WM01
  (EYU9WM01 module at Ver.5.6 level).

  New more efficient floating point logic was used at V5R6M0.
  However this allowed some negative results to be produced.
  This was unexpected and later code could not cope with negative
  values leading to various errors including ABENDS0CF.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been corrected to always produce a positive value.
  This allows the rest of the code to work as before.
