• An abend  0CC occurs on SYSPROC.ADMIN_UTL_MONITOR when the
  acardfmultiplication is too high

  * SYSPROC.ADMIN_UTL_MONITOR when the                           *
  * the product of the cardinalities of                          *
  * the columns of a column group is too                         *
  * high and causes an exponent overflow                         *
  * exception.                                                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Apply corrective PTF when available                          *

  When DSNX7MON is calculating the product of the cardinalities
  of the columns of a column group, there is a possibility for
  the calculated product value to result in an exponent overflow
  exception.
  

Problem conclusion

• SYSPROC.ADMIN_UTL_MONITOR is modified to check for possible
  exponent overflow exceptions when calculating the product of
  the cardinalities of the columns of a column group to prevent
  the error from occurring.
  If a potential exponent overflow exception is detected, then an
  "Exponent overflow exception detected" message is printed out
  to the WLM job log.
