Error description

• The On Demand Configuration (ODC) component which provides
  routing data to Intelligent Management enabled web servers
  and On Demand Routers (ODR) does not correctly expose uri
  patterns for default servlets as defined by servlet
  specification SRV.11.2 resulting in 404 error codes.

Problem conclusion

• The On Demand Configuration (ODC) component was altered to
  properly convey uri patterns used to proxy to default servlets
  as defined by servlet specification SRV.11.2; alleviating the
  404 return codes from Intelligent Management enabled web servers
  and On Demand Routers (ODR).
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  packs 9.0.5.8 and 8.5.5.20.  Please refer to the Recommended
