Error description

• Customer is executing the COMPARE function using the "binary"
  SYSIN format from a release prior to 5.1.
  He receives the following System Error:

Problem summary

  Optim is incorrectly processing the report file with COMPARE
  scenarios.
  

Problem conclusion

• Optim processing has been corrected for the special case of
  COMPARE using BINARY SYSIN files.
