• If Db2 encounters an abnormally shutdown and then restarts, CDC
  may issue message CHC1528E to indicate an UR Control Record
  sequencing error has been detected, Record subtype = NDTDO,
  Record subtype set indicators = X'0000080B'

  Message CHC1528E may be issued if Db2 restarts from a previous
  abnormal shutdown, after which the subscription ends in error.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the UR Control Records validation logic to be able to
  process multiple END TODO log records in the same UR.
