PH34162: DB2 ADMIN TOOL: DURING A COMPARE, DDL FOR ALTER ADD COLUMN AND CREATE INDEX GENERATED IN WRONG ORDER

Error description

• Db2 Admin Tool: During a Compare, DDL for alter add column and
  create index generated in wrong order
  
  For example:
  
  Comparing two tablespaces with these features:
  (1) the source TB has one more column than the target TB
  (2) the source TB has one more index than the target TB
  (3) the new IX includes the new column
  
  This fails when run with RC = 08 / SQLCODE = -205
  because the "CREATE INDEX" with the new column is run
  before the "ALTER TABLE - ADD COLUMN"
