  When issuing option 3 on ADB2PSTM to create a batch job, the
  following is encountered
  
  *   Function : FTINCL ADB2PSQL
  *
  *   Retcode  : 20
  
  *   Zerrmsg  : ISPF107
  *   Zerrsm   : Control word error
  *   Zerrlm   : Invalid control word parameter, ADB2PSQL
                      record-130

  When the user has the prompt enabled for executing statements,
  panel ADB2PSTM displays execution options. If option 3 is
  selected to add the statements to a batch job, an ISPF dialog
  error might occur.
  
  For example:

   *  Zerrmsg: ISPF107
   *  Zerrsm : Control word error
