• S0C4 abend running arsdoc bulk_delete if the application group
  does not exist.

• ARGDCFTN is changed to correctly check the return and issue
  message:
  
  ARS1110E The application group >NOBODY< does not exist or
  user >ARSUSER1< does not have permission to access the
  application group
