Error description

• IMS Administration Tool cannot discover BSDS HLQ when IMS
  control region is not on at the same LPAR as the IBM Tools Base
  Distributed Access Infrastructure (DAI) Subordinate Tools Access
  Server (SOT).

  Admin Tool cannot discover BSDS HLQ when all of the
  following conditions are satisfied:
  
  - BSDS HLQ is registered in MDA library or DFSHDBSC
    data set
  - IMS Control Region is not active at the same LPAR as the
    Subordinate Tools Access Servers of IMS Tools Base
    Distributed Access Infrastructure
  
  Admin Tool does not search MDA library or DFSHDBSC data set.
  As the result, Admin Tool cannot discover BSDS HLQ.
  

Problem conclusion

• Admin Tool has been fixed to search MDA library or DFSHDBSC
  data set to discover BSDS HLQ.
