Error description

• Re-install of the Capacity Planning z/OS CPU sub-component
  completes, but returns  misleading message CC=8 with -803

Problem summary

  *                 Capacity Planning z/OS - CPU subcomponent.   *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Sample SQL is re-executed generating    *
  *                       misleading message CC=8 with -803      *
  *                       (duplicate Key error) when             *
  *                      re-installing the Capacity              *
  *                      Planning z/OS CPU sub-component.        *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  On re-install of Capacity Planning z/OS CPU sub-component
  a condition code 8 will appear with a SQLCODE -803.
  Message states that an inserted or updated value is invalid.
  
  This is due to the re-execution of the SQL provide for
  CP_EVENT_TYPE and CP_EVENT_DATE,
  

Problem conclusion

• Tablespace definitions for CP_EVENT_TYPE and CP_EVENT_DATE
  have been moved into DRLSCPL6 member.
  
  Re-install of Capacity Planning z/OS component will no longer
  run the sample SQL if it has already been applied.
  Spurious messages will no longer appear on re-install of this
  component.
