Error description

• Db2 Admin Tool: The DIAGNOSE TYPE(xxx) statement used by Db2
  utilities can be used to control various behaviors when
  utilities such as LOAD or  REORG are invoked.  ADBTEP2 may
  process DIAGNOSE TYPE(xxx) statements as though they are
  complete utilities and, therefore,  the DIAGNOSE TYPE(xxx)
  statement is not active for the intended  utility.

  *                      in the DIAGNOSE statements not being    *
  *                      properly scoped and thereby made        *
  *                      ineffective.  The reported problem      *
  *                      involved the use of DIAGNOSE TYPE(xxx)  *
  *                      statements.                             *

  DIAGNOSE statements added to an ADBTEP2 job that executes Db2
  utilities might be scoped improperly and executed as independent
  utilities, which is not the desired action.  ADBTEP2 logic has
  been enhanced to recognize situations that can cause this
  behavior and correct them automatically.
  
  For example:
  "DIAGNOSE TYPE(133)" is used to cause reorg to use DFSORT
  instead of DB2SORT
  This reorg syntax in ADBTEP2 will execute the DIAGNOSE as a
  separate utility, causing it not to be used for the REORG,
