  Calculated MSUs consumed are based on
  logical processor dispatch time, instead of
  logical processor effective dispatch
  time, which results in higher than
  expected MSUs consumed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The calculation of the number of consumed
  MSUs is changed to use logical processor effective dispatch
  time (SFM70EDT), instead of logical processor dispatch time
  (SMF70PDT).

  The Capacity Planning manual is updated to
  reflect these changes.
