Error description

• This APAR addresses two issues with Object Compare that
  includes DROP statements:
  
  
  1)  An Object Compare job with DROP statements as the source
  may result in RC=12 and an error such as the following:
  
  
  ADB8027E An error occurred in the ADBDICT module:
  ADB8068I Partial statement at the point of error:
  ADB8057I Object details at the time of error:
               Operation       : 562
               Row type        : TB
               Object qualifier: >schema<
               Object name     : >tablename<
               Procedure       : register_partkeycols
  
  
  2) An Object Compare job containing a DROP statement of a
  global temporary table (GTT) may generate a DROP statement for
  the DSNDB06.SYSTSTAB table space instead of for the global
