PH33844: INCORRECT SIZE ESTIMATE WHEN RANGE OF PARTITION AND SELECT SELECT WITH ORDER CLAUSE CAN LEAD TO INZX068

Error description

• The estimated number of records of a table to be
  unloaded is underestimated which can lead to a failure of the
  sorts launched by Db2 HPU and subsequent ABENDU1009 reported by
  a Db2 HPU messages as follows:
  INZX068 Snnnnnnnnn SORT FAILED, RC=16 (SORT CAPACITY EXCEEDED).
  INZZ001S(0001): ABEND IN INZSTI01 - CODE=S000 U1009
  REASON=00000000
  This can occur if the following conditions are fulfilled:
  - the UNLOAD statement contains several SELECT statements
  involving the same table and specifying an ORDER clause
  - the tablespace containing this common table is partitioned
  - only a limited set of the partitions of this tablespace is to
  be unloaded (as specified by a PART/SQLPART clause or through
  the OPTIMIZE_PART_RANGE feature if WHERE clauses are specified)
  The wrong estimate is actually the size that would be relevant
  for one of the partitions of the list of partitions to be
  unloaded.
