Error description

• This APAR addresses the following issue:
  When a substitution variable is used for mapping table name (or
  creator), it should be replaced with its actual value. Mapping
  table existence should then be verified. If found to be
  non-existent, build message HAAB669W ("The specified mapping
  table "DV99.&JOBNAME" does not exist in the DB2 catalog") should
  be generated.
