Error description

• Db2 Admin Tool: DDL Extract does not work when DB is wildcarded
  
  
  For example,
  
  A single statement of DB='K%P0', TS='SMICUST '; returns no
  DDL (space after the TS name)
  
  Other combinations work:
  
  A single statement of DB='KMICREP0', TS='SMICUST '; (space
  after the TS name)
  
  A single statement of DB='KMICREP0', TS='SMICUST';
  
  A single statement of DB='K%P0', TS='SMICUST%';

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: GEN does not extract some table spaces  *
  *                      when the database name has a wildcard.  *
  ****************************************************************
  When the GEN request for a table space has a wild card in the
  database (DB) name, some expected table spaces might not be
  extracted.
  Example:
  
  DB='D%',  TS='SYSDDF'    ;
  
  This specification might not extract DSNDB06.SYSDDF if SYSDDF
  still has a trailing space in the catalog entry.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved.
