  *                 1) use the z/OS Connect EE subcomponent and  *
  *                    want to collect version 2 of the SMF 123  *
  *                    subtype 1 record.                         *
  *                 2) want to exclude SQL GRANTS from being     *
  *                    issued during a component install.        *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1) The z/OS Connect EE subcomponent     *
  *                         only supports version 1 of the       *
  *                         SMF 123 subtype 1 record.            *
  *                      2) SQL GRANTS are included in all       *
  *                         component SDRLDEFS members. Many     *
  *                         users installing components do not   *
  *                         have the authority to execute these  *
  *                         GRANTS.                              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  1) The z/OS Connect EE subcomponent only supports version 1 of
     the SMF 123 subtype 1 record.
  2) SQL GRANTS included in the SDRLDEFS members fail when the
     user does not have the authority to issue the GRANT
     statement.

• IBM Z Decision Support and IBM Z Performance and Capacity
  Analytics are enhanced to support the following.
  1) Version 2 of the SMF 123 subtype 1 record. The new record
     has additional fields so the following tables are updated:
       MVS_ZCONNECT_T
       MVS_ZCONNECT_H
       MVS_ZCONNECT_D
       MVS_ZCONNECT_M
  2) A new variable drl_grant is added to the DRLFPROF data set
     to enable the issuing of GRANTS to be disabled during a
     component install without any requirement to modify the
     SDRLDEFS members.
