• Db2 Admin Tool,
  
  During a compare of non-PBG tablespaces, a REORG is generated
  with the DROP_PART parameter.  This is a PBG only parameter
  and results in:
  
  DSNU073I  DSNURFIT - KEYWORD 'DROP_PART' IGNORED

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The DROP_PART keyword is included in    *
  *                      the REORG utility statement even though *
  *                      the object is not a                     *
  *                      partitioned-by-growth (PBG) table       *
  *                      space.                                  *
  ****************************************************************
  When the ALT command is used to alter DSSIZE for a
  partitioned-by-range table space, REORG includes DROP_PART
  even though that keyword is only for PBG table spaces. REORG
  ignores the keyword and runs successfully. However, the utility
  issues a message, DSNU073I, that can be confusing to customers
  seeing the keyword in the REORG statements for PBR table spaces.
  The same problem occurs when using the tool to do a
  stand-alone REORG on non-PBG table spaces.
  The problem occurs only when the customer asks to use utility
  options and has a value in the DROP_PART option for the REORG
  utility.
