• ABENDS0CF in IPIAFPRC processing the DEDB Resource Contention
  Report when processing a Dummy Lock IWAIT with elapsed time = 0.
  Calculation of total elapsed time percentage values using the
  zero value results in the ABEND S0CF.
  
  The forward fit of this APAR to IMS PA V450 is in APAR
  PH33768.
