Error description

• The application deployment wizard is showing the version
  selection page even for application processes that do not
  have/require a version.
  
  1. Create an application process that is calling a component
  process of type Operational - No version needed
  2. Deploy this process to an environment
  
  The wizard shows a page for selecting a component version
  despite not needing one.
