* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Storage overlay occurs when nested      *
*                      activity is running during Query        *
*                      Monitor shutdown.                       *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
****************************************************************
A one-byte storage overlay can occur during shutdown on an
extremely busy Db2 system that can affect a subsequent
startup due to Query Monitor reliance on a control block
intended to persist across Query Monitor restarts.
