PH33288: THE FPA UNLOAD FUNCTION HANGS WHEN THE OAREA=ALL KEYWORD IS SPECIFIED IN THE FILECTL SUBCOMMAND

Error description

• The FPA UNLOAD function either hangs after issuing one message
  to the HFPPRINT DD, or ends with an ABEND0C4 when the AREA=ALL
  keyword is specified in the FILECTL subcommand.

  FPA UNLOAD function hung after issuing one message in HFPPRINT
  DD when the OAREA=ALL keyword was specified in the FILECTL
  subcommand.
  The hanging occurred because FPA UNLOAD function used a wrong
  register and set a null value to a field which was still being
  used in the program.
  As the field which is set with a null value changes depending
  on the system circumstances, FPA UNLOAD function may end with
  an ABEND 0C4 instead of hanging.
  

Problem conclusion

• FPA UNLOAD function has been modified to use the correct
  register.
