  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The GEN function might hang when        *
  *                      REBIND is requested and the             *
  *                      generated objects include tables        *
  *                      with referential constraints that       *
  *                      form loops.                             *
  ****************************************************************
  Hanging can occur when the GEN command is used with
  the option 'Rebind Package = Y or D' on an object that
  includes tables with referential constraints that form
  loops. For instance, a situation when table is it`s own
  'grandparent' in referential constraint relations.
  
  For example, two tables that reference each other i.e.
  TB1 is parent of TB2 and TB2 is parent of TB1.
  
  The same problem will occur if this loop will be longer
  (TB1->TB2->TB3->TB1).
