APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The UID specified in the PARM attribute of the
  Db2 HPU EXEC CARD is unduly ignored when the following
  conditions are fulfilled:
  - the UID specified in the EXEC CARD is 1 character long
  - another option is specified in the PARM attribute, after the
  UID option
  Db2 HPU behaves as if no UID was specified and uses the default
  value which can lead to unpredictable issues involving:
  - the concurrency of Db2 HPU steps
  - the RESTART feature
  

Local fix

• none but as specifying a very short UID value is not advisable
  as it does not allow a fine tuning of the value that determines
  the capabilities of concurrency between jobs, consider
  specifying a longer UID value,
