Error description

• When a dependency loop in applications is found during the run
  of a trial plan ( EQQDTTOP ) or CP EXTEND ( EQQDNTOP ) messages
  like this are seen and some applications are missing any data
  in the columns for VALIDTO LASTUPD and USER, so it cannot be
  easily seen if the applications were recently updated:
