Error description

• Advanced ACBGEN is changed to support a new CATRSCS parameter,
  to allow the user to specify whether catalog resources are to be
   rebuilt when BUILD PSB=ALL is specified. The default is
  CATRSCS=NO.
  This parameter is supported by IMS ACBGEN APAR PH12207. So
  Advanced ACBGEN that runs with IMS ACBGEN with PH12207/UI73193
  will behave as same as IMS ACBGEN with PH12207/UI73193.

  This APAR fixes the ACBGEN problem described by IMS V15 APAR
  PH12207 as same as IMS ACBGEN does.
  The Advanced ACBGEN is changed to support a CATRSCS parameter,
  to allow the user to specify whether catalog resources are to
  be rebuilt when BUILD PSB=ALL is specified. The default is
  CATRSCS=NO.
  This parameter is supported by IMS V15 ACBGEN APAR/PTF PH12207
  /UI73193. So the Advanced ACBGEN that runs with IMS ACBGEN with
  PH12207 behaves as same as IMS ACBGEN with PH12207.
  The behavior of the Advanced ACBGEN that runs with IMS ACBGEN
  without APAR PH12207 is not changed by this APAR.
  

Problem conclusion
