PH33018: Secure Properties throws error when updating component configuration from UI.

Error description

• 1. Download artifactory source config plugin
  (https://www.urbancode.com/plugin/artifactory-source-config/)
  2. Login to UCD --> settings --> source config plugin. Load the
  plugin.
  3. Create a component template. Select Source Configuration Type
  as artifactory.
     Give values to Artifactory URL, Repository and API Key.
  4. Create a component using that component template.
  5. Goto Component:-> configuration and try to edit the any
  component field.
  you will get this error popup "Cannot modify apiKey property set
  by template".
