Error description

• When comparing two tables on the same Db2 v12 subsystem,
  with a MASK of RENAMETB: OWNER1.TABLE1,OWNER2.TABLE1,
  and an IGNORE of SYSTABLES:DBNAME,OWNER, OWNER is not ignored
  for the table.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Db2 Admin tool does not recognize       *
  *                      OWNER ignores, causing OWNER to be      *
  *                      compared even when ignored.             *
  ****************************************************************
  Incorrect initialization of OWNER ignores causes Object Compare
  not to recognize an OWNER ignore, and so to proceed to compare
  OWNER fields.
