APAR PH27268 added new diagnostic flag SPOFLAGS to the system
pages page type SPOH for data versioning changes. The highest
bit of flag indicates whether system page in the page set has
been updated by redirect recovery utility. This apar enhances
DSN1PRNT to display this flag when printing system pages.
