Error description

• The default data set that is allocated for WSL SYSPRINT
  outside of change management currently has a name in the
  format:
  
  
  &ZUSER..&WORKLIST..SYSPRINT
  
  
  With this APAR applied, if &ZPREFIX is set and identical to
  &ZUSER, the data set name will have the following format:
  
  &ZPREFIX..&WORKLIST..SYSPRINT
  
  
  If &ZPREFIX is set and different from &ZUSER,
  then the data set name will have the following format:
  
  &ZPREFIX..&ZUSER..&WORKLIST..SYSPRINT

  When JCL is generated for a WSL with Load Summary Report, the
  data set name used has the following format in contexts outside
  of Change Management (CM):
  
  &ZUSER..&WORKLIST..SYSPRINT
  
  This format has been updated for situations where users can
  create data sets with only their ZPREFIX as the high-level
  qualifier.
  
  If ZUSER and ZPREFIX are different:
  &ZPREFIX..&ZUSER..&WORKLIST..SYSPRINT
  
  If ZUSER and ZPREFIX are the same:
  &ZPREFIX..&WORKLIST..SYSPRINT
  
  If ZPREFIX is not set, the existing format is used:
  &ZUSER..&WORKLIST..SYSPRINT
