  The existing "What-if" reports in IBM Z Performance and
  Capacity Analytics require new and enhanced functionality.
  1. Existing "Processor Model" report requires enhancements.
  2. New "zIIP What if" reports for LPAR and Workload are
     required.
  3. Basic LPAR Growth Factors required for Processor Model
     Analysis.
