Error description

• This issue may occur when using the IBM Transformation Extender
  (ITX) 10.0.0 Spanshot Viewer to open and view snapshot files
  (.mss) created with the Launcher Monitor tool.
  
  The symptoms are that although the file does load, and the
  Launcher events are displayed, the time bar across the top of
  the display is not visible, making it difficult to review
  map executions.
