When Db2 V12.1 New Function mode is NO,
the following Dialog Error occurs on panel
ADB2USRA 'Specify Utility Options - RUNSTATS (TS)':
Panel 'ADB2USRA' error
Zerrlm: Number of .ZVARS field names does not equal
number of "Z" in/out fields.
