APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If an HTTP test is edited so that the primary request is in a
  conditional (If) block, then it is possible that during playback
  the page will not have a primary request.  In this case,
  although no error or warning is generated, no page hit or page
  response time will be reported for the page.  A Page Attempt
  will be reported.  If the page is enclosed in a transaction, the
  transaction's Net Server time will be reported as 0 ms while the
  transaction's Elapsed time is reported correctly.
  

Local fix

• As a workaround, you can select a different request outside of
  the If as the page's primary request.
