Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All CICS users. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A BUNDLE containing an OSGi bundle * * fragment does not enable. * **************************************************************** A JVMSERVER is installed along with one or more BUNDLE resources which contain bundle parts for an OSGi bundle fragment and its OSGi host bundle. Once the JVMSERVER has enabled successfully, CICS attempts to install each bundle into the OSGi framework. The OSGi host bundle activates successfully and this is reflected in the bundle part and BUNDLE resource status. The bundle fragment also installs successfully, however as fragments do not have activators CICS incorrectly reports the bundle part as disabled which causes the BUNDLE resource to be reported as disabled. Message DFHRL0132 is issued. If the BUNDLE is discarded and reinstalled this fails with message DFHSJ1100 and reason DUPLICATE_RESOURCE_FOUND. Additional keywords: msgDFHRL0132 msgDFHSJ1100
Problem conclusion
DFHSJBD has been updated so that the bundle part status is set as enabled for installed OSGi bundle fragments.
